1045 Forbes Ave Hall offers an experience like none other! With 1-, 2-, and 4-bedroom options, 1045 Forbes Ave will be the only on-campus living option that will allow all residents to relax in their own private bedrooms after a long day. For the first time on Duquesne University’s campus, each apartment will also have its very own washer and dryer and you can enjoy cooking your own meals in your full kitchen with high-quality appliances. Living in 1045 Forbes Ave Hall is all about celebrating your independence while in a residential community! Junior, senior, graduate, and professional students at Duquesne University are welcome to live at 1045 Forbes Ave Hall.
1045 Forbes Ave Hall will open in two phases. We anticipate phase I will be available for Fall 2024 move in. Phase II will open for Spring 2025 semester. Phase I will include resident units, the fitness room, game room, study lounges, market with food for purchase, and staff offices. Phase II will include additional resident units. During Phase I, there will be ongoing construction on the uppermost floors of the building. This could result in a delay to your move-in date, and ongoing impacts from the continuing construction, as detailed more fully in the FAQs.
