McGinley Hall

McGinley Hall offers an experience like no other! With Studio, 2-, and 4-bedroom options, McGinley Hall is the only on-campus living option that allows all residents to relax in their own private bedrooms after a long day. Each apartment also has its very own washer and dryer and you can enjoy cooking your own meals in your full kitchen with high-quality appliances. Living in McGinley Hall is all about celebrating your independence while in a residential community! Junior, senior, graduate, and professional students at Duquesne University are welcome to live at McGinley Hall.

McGinley Hall will open in two phases. Phase I opened in Fall 2024. Phase II will open for Summer 2025.
